My Approach
Imagine a space where your family can process emotions, heal, and grow closer together. Envision your child discovering the tools they need to face their challenges with confidence. Think of the joy in reconnecting with your partner, deepening understanding, and fostering intimacy. I work with couples and families to create that nurturing space, a place where love and communication flourish, even during the most trying times. My therapy style is experiential, with focus on family of origin information and issues. In our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, applying developmentally appropriate approaches. For example, a family with children may engage in play therapy. In subsequent sessions, we will delve into relational dynamics, experiences, and the emotions that arise. My clients appreciate that I provide more than just strategies but foster empathy, emotional healing, and deeper connections.
