Center For Relational & Child Therapy

Empowering families, guiding growth, and transforming connections.

If you’re here, there’s a good chance the following things sound familiar:

You care deeply about your loved ones and the relationships that shape everyday life. And even with love and effort, things can still feel tense, disconnected, or overwhelming.

Maybe you’re watching your child struggle and feeling unsure how to help. Maybe family dynamics feel strained or hard to navigate. Or maybe you’re carrying relational wounds, stress, or past experiences that are affecting how you show up with the people you care about.

If you’re here, you’re not alone.
Even if you only read this page and never reach out, know this: no family, and no person, is immune to stress, doubt, or feeling stuck. Not the ones who look put together. Not the ones who seem calm on the outside. No one.

At the Center for Relational & Child Therapy, I support children, teens, families, and individuals navigating relational and emotional challenges. My work focuses on strengthening emotional connection, increasing understanding, and helping relationships thrive, both within families and within yourself. I offer developmentally attuned, relational therapy for children and families, and EMDR therapy for individuals working through trauma and relational patterns that impact their lives. Through compassionate care and practical tools, I help clients create meaningful, lasting change they can carry into everyday life.

  • Human relationships are primary in all of living. When the gusty winds blow and shake our lives, if we know that people care about us, we may bend with the wind... but we won't break.
